Neutral Bay Project
With this project we started with a small apartment built in the 90’s in desperate need of renovation. The goal was to convert it into a modern, practical space that emphasised the beautiful harbour views surrounding it.
One of the client’s main requests was to enhance the storage space in what was a very small apartment by size. To achieve this, we completely redesigned the built in wardrobes and cupboards, doubling the pre-existing storage capacity without encroaching on the living space. In order to make these new additions fit more seamlessly, we integrated a feature wall into the design; adding a visual flare to the practical changes.
The other focal point of the apartment was the kitchen. Therefore considerable thought went into the redesign, including the selection of a very unique stone benchtop, which adds a natural warmth to balance the other modern design cues.
